Ultraman Taro turned off many of the adult viewers due to its childish nature to the point that Tsuburaya decided to make its follow-up series, Ultraman Leo, more serious. Of course, the effects in doing such lost the child audiences while adults just weren’t interested in the series by this point. This in turn caused Ultraman Leo to have the lowest ratings of the franchise at the time, bringing an end to the Ultra series at that moment in time. Is Leo a worthwhile finale to the first batch of Ultra series, or should this one be skipped? Watch to find out.
