In 2018, Studio Trigger released an anime adaptation based on the original 1993 Tokusatsu television series Hyper Agent Gridman called SSSS Gridman. SSSS Gridman is the story of three high school students who begin to unravel a mystery surrounding their hometown, which leads one of them into merging with an agent known as Gridman in order to protect their friends and family from a batch of giant sized monsters, aka Kaiju. Is SSSS Gridman as exciting as it's live action Ultraman brethren, or should this one have stayed on someone's old computer? Watch to find out.
