Doom co-creator John Romero has been known to spontaneously create new levels for the game that made him famous (Doom) and either give them away for free or for charity. Since there happens to be a country right now that needs all the help it can get, Romero’s come to the rescue with another new level, this time for Doom 2.
As you all know, despotic jerkass Vladimir Putin has decided he’s tired of not getting his own way with the world and is attempting to take Ukraine (formerly part of the USSR, declared independence in 1991) back by force and against their will. All he’s gotten for his trouble so far is a home economy even more in the toilet than it already was. Pretty much every business that did dealings with Russia in the past is now cutting ties, with the exception of cryptocurrency (not surprising). In the meantime there’s a country under siege that needs our help to hold the line, as well as treat the wounded.
