Japanese "Bargain" Editions

So I was on YesAsia, looking for some import PSP games, when I find that some listings are put in twice. One is the original version at a standard US price, and the other is a cheaper price called the "Bargain Edition." The case for the Bargain Edition is gray with the main picture shrunk down in the middle a bit.

Game wise, what's the difference between the original and the bargain edition, if any? Also for package wise?

It's the same thing as the Greatest Hits thing we have in the states. Same game, cheaper price.

It's called "The Best" in Japan and Asia. and has a different cover... * shrugs*
