Considering that the "Minami" character was dead in the first Majisuka Gakuen, I'm wondering if this one is supposed to be a reboot/retcon?

SayaMilky might be enough to get me to watch this one.

I was thinking that too about Minami, but then Otabe is there too, but it could be an alternate Otabe, I'm just wondering if Torigoya, Black, Nezumi, Center, and any other old char that are still in AKB Group will be in it

No idea about previous characters, though I wouldn't complain if there was a Gekikara sighting at some point.

If this series follows what they've done in the previous 3, there's bound to be other members popping in (even if it's just for one episode or two) as it progresses.

I can't wait for this and this might be the show that will bring back the that feel I had for J-Drama because recently the drama I watch all 99.9% K-Drama

I kind of think it's like a continuation from season 2 since Yuihan reprised back as Otabe. Somehow it seems like Sakura's taking Acchan's path and Paruru as Salt is like another version of Yuko.

I'm not sure if I've mentioned this in the past here, but for anyone not in the know, Tsunku is the lead singer of the Japanese band Sharan Q/Sharam Q and over the last 10-15 years, has been known as one of the main songwriters and producers for Morning Musume and other groups/singers under the Hello!Project banner (similar to what Akimoto Yasushi is/has been for the girls that are part of the *48 Group). As far back as 2008, Tsunku has been having throat issues that have affected his ability to sing, and in more recent years he had been diagnosed with throat cancer. There was a time when it appeared that it was in remission, but however this past October, he got news that it had returned. Obviously, it has now progressed to the point where this drastic action has had to be taken to save his life.

At the risk of sounding depressing and/or melodramatic, it's a tragedy when a singer loses his/her voice. Hopefully this is the farthest/most drastic that this situation will go for Tsunku.
