I don't think so

If u r referring to the 2 girls scenes, those are just part of the scenarios for the girl u r dating (ex: Mayuyu showing up during yuki's date with u)
If u r referring to after a date, when a girl shows up that has been watching u, it has no effect on the girl u went out with, but if u don't go out with the girl who was spying on u the next day, she might give up on u
