I think that there should be a Marvel Vs. Capcom type of Super Sentai game or a RPG.

What are the storylines for them? I haven't even heard of the second one.
Wow, that's like the one game that people always go on about as far as tokusatsu goes.

This is what it looks like (yeah, it hasn't aged well), it's a story involving some sort of time travel that brings Riders 1, V3, Black, and Agito together.

Sakusen is . . . http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super_Hero_Sakusen here! It's along the lines of Super Robot Wars in that it brings a bunch of different shows together for some crazy plots involving invasions and wars and stuff and is a lot of fun. I really would love a remake of it featuring newer (and older) characters.

The commercials rock if only for getting Miyauchi to team up with himself.

Annnd there's also Super Hero Retsuden

And yet it's aged better than most Kamen Rider games made after it! :p

Genealogy of Justice is a 2003 PS2 game that's kind of survival horror-meets-Kamen Rider. It's a kind of weird genre, I think they called it "Cinematic Battle Adventure" since between the beat-em-up and the puzzles and such, there is a lot of cut scenes (the voice acting is awesome, with 5 Rider actors and a bunch of old monster voices involved.) It's heavily inspired by the early Resident Evil games, right down to the pause between screen transitions. The graphics are decent and the game play is simple, but intuitive if you take the time to master it. It's also one of the two Rider games I can think of where you actually do some riding, which is tricky at first but really fun when you get the hang of it.

Basically the plot is about a story that spans for different eras of Rider- Rider 1 in 1972, V3 in 1974, BLACK in 1988 and Agito in 2004. Each one goes to the same mysterious power plant in their own time, and there's an evil plot that ultimately brings all four into contact. So it's kind of a time-travel crossover, though not until late in the game. It's not the world's most complicated story or anything, but it's a good mystery that slowly unfolds and there's good use of the various Rider stories.

It's a great game IMHO, though it's definitely for Rider fans first and gamers second (if you want the best survival horror game ever made, look elsewhere.) I imagine it'd also be tough if you don't understand Japanese. Not only for the puzzles, but for a lot of the text-based story details (you can pick up a lot of documents and things that develop the story, like some creepy tape recordings from probably the most ill-advised archaeological dig in Rider history.) It'd be cool to see the game script translated some day. It'd be even cooler to see a remake that keeps the plot, voice acting, music and all that, and just updates the graphics and game play to flow a bit smoother, though if that ever happens I'd be stunned.

Ah. Now I remember I read about that plot. I just didn't know or forgot the name.

I mentioned that in the MVC3 thread. I would love a Tokusatsu Fighting Game that used the MVC3 fighting engine.
