Ninpuu I'm not sure, has something to do with ninja.
Ikazuchi is one (out of like, a thousand ) japanese word for thunder
and shinobi = ninja. Comes from verb shinobu, which means to hide, or something like that. I'm not really certain, so someone please correct me if I'm wrong :p

I think Ninpuu is supposed to mean "ninja arts" or something like that? That's how I've seen it translated in fansubs

Gaosoul Forever translated it as Wind ninja I think, and from Supersentai.com

Ninpuu means some sort of Ninja Technique. "Shinfuu" is "Divine Wind" aka "Kamikaze"... Most ninja techniques (ninpouu) retain their Japanese spelling in English, since it is a recognized martial art outside of Japan. I mean, we say "ninja" not "stealth people" or "assassins"... right? Our "Hurricane" comes from the Japanese "Hariken"
