Disowning his own daughter because of her sexual orientation is not something that can be ignored or brushed aside. Also on his belief my Country is a province of China. I do not want Taiwan to reunite with China. We already have our own culture, government and democracy. Chan is a traitor to the people of Hong Kong.

Based on what I have read on this story of the Jackie Chan is that you should not give up in whatever that seems to be not working for you in life. For instance Chan failed for his first year in the primary school and for the second time he failed again when he attempted the college. But we see him pressing on and eventually comes to his success in life. This story is very inspiring I must say.
