Just finished the first episode. Very lighthearted series, lots of comedy, and very fun. I like it.
Great overall work from the voice actors (a lot of characters in the first episode alone). No OP this week, but the ED is a nice and fluffy tune. Perfect show for a Sunday afternoon.

So Sakura is Tsuchida's Senpai.

I think that this show is the cutest thing in a long time. It's a real contrast to all the other recent shows and really shows that Gainax likes to do different genres. It's clearly visible that some competent people are in the background.

Wow, the Hii-chan/Hotaru-chan vibes grow ever stronger.

No drop-off at all for me, there - completely charming and hilarious. Loved the ED, too. Sometimes the greatest delights come from unexpected places. I was watching it out of a sense of duty to Gainax - but boy, I'm glad I did.
