Opening seems all right...minus the full body shots of the cast, which look awkward and hokey. I liked the return to the bridge that's often found in the toku shows. Yellow's annoying me already, without having seen the episode. :thumbs: Hopefully she doesn't reach "Houka" on the scale of obnoxiousness. Is her bit in the ED supposed to be a GoGoFive homage, BTW?

I'd rather have Yellow in the ditz role than see another Red take up that paticular torch. Which doesn't seem to be the case. Yet.

I think Power Rangers & Super Sentai are messing up the females!

Yellow Bouken ---> should be Pink Bouken/Yellow Bouken <----- Pink Bouken
Mystic Blue ------> should be Mystic Pink/Mystic Blue <------- Mystic Pink

There's nothing that says that Pink (or one of the two females period) needs to be completely moronic, that's just been the trend since Umeko. Much like the stupid Red trend since Gao's Shishi.

I'm very glad to hear that Red is the veteran of the team and I think it's way cool that he calls the others by their color.

Question, did episode 1 have a more serious tone to it than previous Sentai?.
