First game = first love

I KNOW I played Mario before, but the one I remember prominently was Soul Blade.

The first game I ever loved was on the gameboy color : Pokemon Red. It was so fun but unfortunately I lost the cartridge . To this day, I still miss it even though I had no idea what I was doing. My Charizard was a beast!

I missed the part about what we thought of it now. >_< Soul Blade may have started it all for Soul Calibur to come in, but it didn't age all that way by today's standards. The controls reaction time are horrible, they had a "Moon Jump" that Caddy would describe it as, and some of the winning conditions are hard to pull off DUE to the reaction time. Even through I brought this game again, I guess I'll only stick by it because of the nostalgic purposes.
