NOW it makes sense. Too much red tape for it to get shown during the 90's, when pretty much ALL old cartoons that weren't wrapped up in red tape were shown. (****, USA ran G.I. Joe and the Scooby-Doo from the 80s well into the mid nineties.)

Yeah, I know for a fact that a lot of people were wondering if Hallmark would ever release anything while they still owned the rights to most of the Filmation catalog. BCI got the rights to everything for like--$20 million dollars, which IMO is a steal for all that vintage animation.
