If you were a festival owner, would you be a tycoon right now? Most likely not. But the appeal of video games is the chance to pretend, and with that in mind, we present Festival Tycoon, a building sim game coming soon from indie developer Johannes Gäbler.
There’s a lot more involved in organizing a festival than most people realize. You must book talent, set up stages, lay out the venue in a non-confusing manner, provide tasty snacks and plenty of outhouses for when those snacks go wrong…more than we have space or time to list. If your festival is enough of a success, you’ll be able to host more of them, maybe in multiple locations.
