Well it looks like FOX Studios is rebooting the Fantastic Four. It won't be under Marvel Studios. Marvel did sign the rights to FOX. So they will not coincide with the Marvel Universe timeline that Marvel has written out.
The weird part of this is that the Fantastic Four comics is, or already has come to an end. So I'm guessing they are going to ride off the popularity of the first incarnation of movies that came out a few years ago.
Let's see if Marvel puts the squeeze on FOX and get's the property and the XMEN back under the Marvel Universe.
