Picture this: the Cold War actually turned hot and turned into the nuclear disaster everyone feared it would, leaving the shelter-dwelling survivors to fend for themselves, and in the process freezing the ruins of pop culture in a 1950s aesthetic. Wait, we don’t have to picture it, we can play it…the Fallout series of video games has existed since the original was released for PC in the late 90s.
The series has had its ups and downs, especially the later installments (should we mention Fallout 76 or are the memories too fresh?) but until now, it’s remained a video game with no adaptions in any other media. That’s about to change, as series developers / publishers Bethesda and Amazon Studios have entered a deal to
