Uncork’d Entertainment is bringing their latest tale of terror, Escape: Puzzle of Fear, to DVD and VOD platforms next month.
Stop me if you’ve heard this one: there’s this escape room, but it actually IS deadly! The basic concept may not be fresh anymore, but this one puts a different spin on it than previous efforts like No Escape Room: instead of the room being a supernatural creation, it’s the product of a man seeking vengeance and punishment on those who have wronged others. ….So it’s Saw now? Guess there are no truly original ideas.
Escape: Puzzle of Fear was written by Lizze Gordon and directed by J. Jones. It stars Tommy Nash, Aubrey Reynolds, Omar Gooding, Naina Michaud, Nicholas Turturro, Sara Stretton, John Colton, and Lili Bordán, and it’ll premiere August 18 on DVD and VOD, thanks to Uncork’d. Here’s a taste…
