A catastrophe has struck the Kamen Rider multiverse. All of its heroes have suddenly and mysteriously disappeared from their respective worlds before their stories could come to an end. This has not only left the evils that plague the Rider Worlds completely unopposed, but the power vacuum created by the absence of the Kamen Riders threatens to tear the fabric of reality apart.
In the distant World of Super Sentai, AkaRed have sensed the danger that looms over reality itself, and knows that it is only a matter of time before his own dimension is in danger as well. Deciding that there is only one course of action, AkaRed makes copies of the Super Sentai powers and travels towards the Rider World, in hopes of stopping the dimensional catastrophe and finding out what caused to happen in the first place.
However, as soon as AkaRed arrives at the Rider World, he discovered something he had not foreseen. Just like how one group of Rider was bound to a specific world, all the Super Sentai powers he had brought with him begun to align themselves with one world each. Wary of what introducing full Super Sentai teams to all the Rider Worlds would do to their already delicate balance, AkaRed opted instead to search the multiverse for the best candidate to form a new team of senshi, which AkaRed would guy through all Kamen Rider Worlds and have the Super Sentai power act through them. Together they will be the Dimensional Sentai.

In other words, this will be a team of 5 people, later 6, who would travel between the different Rider Worlds. After a quick arc, they will move on to the next one, and each time they change worlds, their Super Sentai powers will change to match the new world their in.

Bio – Ever since he was young, trouble has has a knack for finding Toushi wherever he went, whether he wanted it to or not. By the time he entered High School, despite never actively looking for trouble himself, Toushi had already developed a reputation of being a delinquent who liked to beat people up, which led to all of his classmates to steer clear from him. Toushi took all the murmuring and gossiping about him in stride, he knew that he had been born with a body that was perfect for combat and other rigorous activities, so he decided to instead put it to good use and joined the university's boxing club.
Within a short time, Toushi rose up the ranks in the club and was eventually appointed as captain. Unfortunately, that did nothing for his reputation, as even the other members of the club wanted to as little to do with him as possible. This became painfully obvious the day that he had set up an activity for the club to train on a gym outside of campus, but when the day came, no one show up for practice. Disappointed, Toushi started making his way back when he was suddenly attacked by a parrot-like monster, but then, just as the creature had him cornered, a masked hero wearing a strange tri-colored armor, rushed in and drove the monster away. Toushi had heard for the fabled hero who had saved countless of people throughout the city, but never could have guess that he would be able to witness it with his own eyes. Ever since that day, he had live indebted to that hero.
A few months after the incident, Toushi saw a vulture-like monster attacking couples on the street. Immediately, the grey-hared teen searched for any sign of the tri-colored hero, but none came. Deciding to take matter into his own hands, Toushi rushed in and tackle the monster, who proceeded to simply toss him aside and continue terrorizing couples. When he got back up to try again, Toushi was stopped a sudden bright red light that appeared in front of him. Next thing he knew, he was on a completely different place.
Personality – Toushi is a very headstrong individual. He's always willing, and ready, to rush straight into things, not bothering to think of what he would do if things turn sour. Being always treated as a delinquent has made him extremely cynical and condescending, which coupled with his quick temper makes for a lot of explosive circumstances. Still, despite his though personality, Toushi is very self-conscious of how others see him, making him easy to embarrass and fluster.
