[TALK] Did anyone else buy their Legacy morpher for $57.99 instead of $49.99 at TRU?

One of my godsons is bugging me to get him one of these (my searches in the actual stores here in Winnipeg have been fruitless), and the morpher doesn't show up on the Canadian TRU site when I search for it.
Can anyone confirm whether or not the American TRU will ship orders that are made internationally (basically, if I order one, will the American site allow shipping to Canada)? I've heard multiple stories, some saying that the American site does/will ship internationally, while others say that it won't.
