Okay so there's these videos I want to be able to play on my TV to show to my dad, but the thing is, it's just the Raw with softsubs. And last I heard, the 360 cant read softsubs and what not.
I recall someone saying here that you could connect your laptop to the TV and watch something like that? Anyone know what kind of cables to use if so?
Any input would be appreciated, thanks!

I run a HDMI cable from my laptop to television and treat it as a second monitor. If your tv has an HDMI input and your computer has a HDMI output then you should be able to plug it right up.

If you don't want to run a HDMI cable, there are some wireless products available that will eliminate the need for a cable.
