Chicago Party Aunt is one of the three Adult Animation of Netflix see as a replacement for
BoJack Horseman. The other two show are
Q-force and Inside job.
Chicago Party Aunt is like A female version of Family Guy and American Dad. Most Adult cartoons center around male characters like Family Guy and The Simpsons. The dad and the son are the usual focal point in both of the shows I mentioned. This comedy wanted to concentrate on the female perspective. Growing up in our families, there is always this cool aunt and this show wants to resonate with that experience.
