Cannot update avatar?

I've been trying to upload a new avatar, but I keep getting a "unable to save image" message. I tried with both gif and jpg, so I'm not sure what the problem is.

For what it's worth, I wanted to change my avatar to this:

It might help a lil if the picture was visible. :V

Try using an image hosting site like Tinypic, Shynilyte. That's what I use for my avatars and signatures

Picture's not showing up? It's working for me. And that host usually worked alright.
