The original Iron Man. It had this charm and entertainment factor to it that I believe made it better than the other 4 films.

I liked Cap's movie the best so far.

I think The Incredible Hulk was a bit under-appreciated a bit (It was released too close to Iron Man, I think).

Captain America is already out in my country, but it won't be out here until October, so I can't say anything for it yet. however, the only pre-Avengers movie I didn't see was Thor. I pretty much enjoyed all the movies listed above though.
