Being a Kamen Rider

Guess I'll get one of the first questions :laugh:

How did it feel to be a Kamen Rider in a series that fans of the franchise actually liked?

And did you watch any of the Japanese Kamen Rider series, to get a feel of what you went into?

It was nice to know we weren't totally hated by everyone. Though I think CW might have something against us. While we had very good ratings, they failed to actually advertise the series. Ever.

However I'm very happy to add it to my resume and I can literally say, "I was the lead of an Emmy winning show." Now. I don't exactly have to tell people which category. I'll let them fill in those details themselves.

As for watching previous seasons, when I found out I got the part, I wasn't sure exactly what it was until someone told me we were basing it off a very successful franchise about two days before we started filming.

So I went to the first website that offered the Ryuki series, got a credit card and started ordering.
