Manzai 5 - Manzai to the Max!
3 more Manzais to go, and I haven't taken pictures for the last two!
-THE JOKE-
This comic is the second part of the Toyroom SOS first anniversary comic, intended for release the sunday of November 13.
First joke is not really a joke, but more of a reference. When Matoku says, "It feels like we've been here forever" and Yomita replies, "We figmas have come a long way," it was her character (not toy) alter ego, Dead Master, that inspired the comic while Matoku's character alter ego, Black Rock Shooter, was the first figma in the comic.
The second joke is mainly wordplay, with Figuart sounding similare to "figure out". The last joke is also a toy-related joke, in which Matoku uses "Good Smile", the main distributor of the figma, Nendoroid, statue, and Max Alloy lines, as part of her joke. The second half of that joke is in the title, where Max of "Max Factory", the creator of the figma line, is placed.
