Last July, publisher Black Tower and developer Code Heretic released Against The Moon, a tactical rogue-like deck-building game with a lunar twist. The backstory is that humanity moved into a large base on the Moon, but communications soon went dark. You and your rescue squad are about to find out why….turns out the Moon’s full of chthonic monsters. Who was the inspector that missed this?
Against The Moon blends elements of roguelike and card strategy games. No two playthroughs will be the same and you’ll frequently be expected to make tough decisions. Don’t expect all the members of your squad to make it out alive!
Now there’s an update coming soon for the game: Moonstorm. It adds Zoy, a new hero, new cards and spells, more skills and changing battlefields, and even more intimidating monsters. If you think you’ve mastered everything the game has thrown at you so far, think again.
