We had no idea if Primal would be back this week and it……..IS back! We’re forging ahead with Episode 6; there will not be a break in the middle like Season 1 had. It would have made for a strange break anyway — last week’s episode (which Genndy wouldn’t allow a preview for) was quite a departure, focusing on four British men in the 1890s fending off an escaped asylum patient. No, really — go watch the episode if you don’t believe us. We’re having a hard time believing it ourselves.
But Spear and Fang are back this week and that Viking chief who vowed vengeance on them will be back as well. Primal airs tonight, Thursday, August 18 at 12 AM ET/PT. If you miss this showing, you can catch the same episode when it reruns on Toonami Saturday night at 12 AM ET/PT. And of course it will be on HBO Max the next day (but, ah, don’t take anything on HBO Max for granted anymore).
