Yes that version. The difference is that the features have been made to be supported by a phone. My sister tried it few days ago and it worked but she says it doesn't look like a fun game when played on the phone. FF is indeed not meant for phones.

Yeah, mobile games are watered down so to speak, since mobile hardware is weaker and mobile games are less profitable. Still a good time waster if you can't play on your console or PC I guess.

The mobile versions are never quite the same for me, but like @mbuzma stated if you need a time waster they are great. Maybe that will be changing soon, though.
