We are a family
I fight for them, and they fight for me
As close as we can be
Up high in the mountains or deep in the sea...

Another classic from the days where ITV aired decent kids shows, "Mike And Angelo" this was basicly ALF crossed over with Doctor Who and featured an excitiable child-like alien inventor named Angelo causing problems for his faithful friend Mike and his parents/guardians with his wacky inventions.

There were four Mikes across the whole series (which lasted an impressive eleven years), with one of them being female, there were two actors to play Angelo, which they explained away with a parody of a regeneration (which was my first exposure to the concept way before I became a DW fan)

It was so well animated! It was a good show but I know I only really appreciated it when I got older and it was in rerun.

Later in the 90s we got a French dub of Genie from Down Under and the more recent Tomorrow People series :D loved both shows well enough :p
