Well, it's almost impossible to find good English subs of the original series afters episode 60, and even if you did it still is 80's animation...
There are the OVAs that cover the last arc of the original series and are both easy to find and more modern animation, but while good they might be hard to understand for someone just coming into the series.
The best suggestion I can give you is to check out the spin-off Saint Seiya: The Lost Canvas, the manga has already been completed (200+ chapters) and the anime (which is easy to find subbed) has 26 episodes which cover about the first 95 chapters of the manga.
