Guessing it's the same artist. The work looks amazing similar to the designs/artwork for the Megaman Zero series of GBA games. Wouldn't be surprised if it was the same person.

I was sifting around and noticed that the only place the sig rules are really listed are in JFC's signature. It would be nice if they were stickied up top across forums like the general rules. The rules post Faiz made only says "stay within the signature guidelines" ... well, what the heck are...
