Since the thread was locked, I'll just say what I'll say on the Visitor Messages!
TV-Nihon has been pointed out frequently and frequently to butcher the actual dialogue with awkward sentences and vocabulary, while leaving things untranslated (when they should be translated).
Aesir-Subs generally does faster releases. Sometimes, more accurate than TV-N's releases (which release always on a Thursday). Aesir translates everything, down to replacing puns with english equivalents such as Guridon/Ornac (Donguri/Acorn anagram). Aesir's styling might be an issue, because Aesir uses not only the transcripts for the translation, but also their voice and emphasis, giving them each a distinctive personality-vibe.
If there's something that Aesir did wrong, you can always fix it through a subtitle program because it's softsubs.
If you prefer 'effects' from TV-N, I'm working on effects for Aesir's releases, though they're just personal use at the moment.
