Tech How often do you charge your phone?

Once a day for me. :) My rule of thumb is when I recharge (sleep), my smartphone recharges. :p Even if my phone's battery is 70-80% full, I'll recharge it to prevent any nasty surprises during the day! (especially if I unexpectedly had to use my phone intensely that day)

General Discussion Mind-Controlled Exoskeleton Helps Paraplegic Man Kick Off World Cup

This is very inspirational! I'm not one to watch football but I'm absolutely touched and inspired that they chose to make such a grand gesture to scientific advancement and mankind's triumph over disabilities & diseases. Hopefully with the publicity from this event, more patients and funds...

    Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey

I really like Space and love discovering more about it! I've read 'A Brief History of Time' by Stephen Hawkings and enjoyed that book a lot! However, I often find that the pace of Neil deGrasse Tyson's podcast is often too slow for me. Hahaha, he tends to elaborate too much. I guess I'm more of...

    Music Favorite Genre?

I pretty much listen to all types of music too. Hahaha, I'm not really a music person but I enjoy listening to them every now and then. However, I find myself attracted to Instrumental and BGM (background music) types of music more often than not. This is because they don't distract me from...

    Music Storm Edits

These are amazing! I wasn't aware of this trend before you pointed it out. Haha I love the background storm sound effects. :) They add a somber atmosphere to these songs that just 'washes' over you as you listen to the music. I'll definitely keep my eye out for more of these edits! :D

What is a game that you can beat many times and never get bored?

For me, it would be Civilization V. There's just so many types of victories and different civilizations that there's lots of reasons to keep going back for more! I've spent almost 200 hours (steam calculated) on it already. :p

    Can you draw anime?

Oh. When you said 'draw anime' I thought if you were asking about whether it is possible to 'draw' entire episodes of anime. LOL. But interestingly enough, that was how old timey anime were produced. I imagine it would be similar to how cartoon in the 60's were made. They drew scenes on each...

    Books Realistic fiction recommendations

I read actual history! Hahahaha You should try reading Will & Ariel Durant's Civilization series. They are easy and interesting to read! Classic biographies like Casanova's 'History of my life' are top notch as well. But fiction wise, I would recommend Les Miserables by Victor Hugo and Candide...

No Female Assassin's in Unity Because It Was "Too Much Work"

On the contrary, I think it's all about business and economics. Just like how CN have revealed that they have a bias for producing cartoons that targets a male audience rather than producing cartoons for girls because 'girls don't buy toys'. Redoing the game/scenarios and adding extra scenes...

General Discussion Who-dunnit? We-dunnit! Scientists Solve Megafauna Murder Mystery

I don't think this theory is right. Because if so, you would still find mega fauna in places left untouched by human civilization such as small islands and the amazon rain forests lost world-style. But the fact that we have not found any despite all our modern technology in areas that have not...

General Discussion Potentially Habitable Planet 'Just' 13 Million Light Years Away

The possibility that life once existed on Kapteyn b reminds me of one theory I've read once. Human civilization started 14,000 years ago in 12,000 B.C. The universe is 13.8 BILLION years old. In the lifespan of the universe, humanity have only existed for a fraction of 0.00000101449 of the...

General Discussion Scientists Claim Chat Program Beat a Test to Pass For Human

@Demon_skeith Yea, especially how zombies have been disproven by science: But the scary thing about a robot uprising is that it will be CAUSED by scientific progress instead. And seeing how humans are so reliant on technology and the internet nowadays, giving robots sentience is actually a...

Music Original version vs other renditions

@Kitty Reeves Wow, those are great! I especially like Lorde's redo of 'Everybody wants to rule the world'. @thread I really like acapellas covers too! Like what they did on pitch perfect: Lately there's been a lot of acapella cover artists cropping up on youtube lately. And it's really great! :D

Comics Do you read Japanese comics?

I read a lot of mangas too! Hahaha and I agree with what Punyama (I read punpun too and my god. It's so dark) said about one shots! I had the luck of enjoying quite a few masterpieces myself but sadly it's been quite a while and their names escape me. Any great one shot recommendations, guys...

What stealth game are you down with?

I remember playing Metal Gear Solid on my friend's Nokia N-gage many years ago. LOL We'd play for hours on end with the phone plugged in to a wall charger haha. What about the Assassin's creed series? Can they be considered stealth games?
