I can confirm that the picture is fake. The design for the rider is a fanmade rider from ages ago. Unless this dude on deviant art magically predicted future, that's not it at all.

This is second SIC redesign I like. (first one being Dark Kiva). Definitely much better than original, that couldn't even be forgiven with "product of it's time" excuse.
