HA! :laugh: I just realized -- I think that's supposed to be Black Beard. Look around the chin. Yeah, drop the beard and it's a pretty good design. Like the "scar" on the right side too.

^ Like I said before, I would seriously cry if they threw in a character with that design in. It's just so awesome. And yeah it is suppose to resemble Black Beard and explains it if you look at the original on the artist's profile.
