The only anime that I can think of that actually should have never been dubbed is BECK, but that's only because, like, half the show is in English already.

All anime should have never been duded to english at all but only Inuyasha English Dubed was ok cause they had the voice for the character tone the same as Japanese and kept all the best part of the episode unlike Naruto and Bleach in English Dubed where they take off the good part for blood and etc.......

I agree, the duding anime must stop. Duded animes are usually more prone to localization then nonduded anime, and that causes it to deviate further from the original story, how it was intended to be viewed. Also duders usually abuse there duding duties fooling the all the new viewers who haven't seen the nonduded version into believing that the liberties taken with the duded version were present in the original. If we give them the ability to change the story, the duders eventually go on to remove guns, death, and they make Mr.Popo blue.

Let's face it, the 4kids duded version of Dragonball kai is an abomination.

You guys are aware that the owners of the anime's in Japan are fine with the dubs and all the changes? And in some cases are the ones to suggest the changes?

This.

Stop hating dubs, they keep legal anime in North America alive

One of the reasons why I try to convice a lot of Filipinos to watch anime once it is on TV since it is rare for those licensors to release official DVD's.

This is one of the stupidest things I've ever heard it's okay to not like dubs but damn...if it wasn't for dubs we wouldn't even be discussing this considering that it was the lkes of Voltron that caused an interest of anime in the US in the first place and what started the anime craze back in the 90s? Dragonball Z,Pokemon and Sailor Moon the latter is noted for it's terrible dub and cutting of a whole season.what's the craze now?Naruto and Bleach and the reason is because of the dub.Reality is dubbed dvds outsell subbed ones hence you can ***** about how dubs suck all you want doesn't change the fact that dubs is what's keeping anime alive in the US.

That list is completely wrong.

It needs to be filled with 4kids dubs.

Also, G Gundam was the best dub EVER

That is not the question. The title of the thread suggest anime that have been dubbed but should only have been subbed. These anime basically are the anime that cannot translate well into another language.

The scripts would be altered anyway, but an ADR script leads to more problems when this is the case.
