Doukoku fought them in 3 episodes, but the battle that resulted in his defeat lasted only half an episode. Mons Drake has indirectly attacked them once, faced them twice in a second episode and there's still next episode. I think the numbers will end up similar, even if Mons Drake dies next episode.

Good point... Those numbers are fine for a villain that apparently won't last even half of the series, but not for a villain who was around from the beginning to the ending.
