No, that's the movie :laugh:

The special is a sort of tv-movie-thing that comes after the series. So, if you're interested in ROOKIES, you should watch the series, then the SP, then the movie.

Just watched EP01 and 02 of Hancho. There's Kashu Toshiki [from Kamen Rider Agito] in it, I havent noticed this till I've seen him in the show.
Anyone knows if he's in the second season too?

Also, as a guest in EP02 there was Matsuda Satoshi [from Kamen Rider Ryuki].
