Tensou is like... 'transmission' (as in a phone call or e-mail) according to my favorite online dictionary.

With the kanji that are used, it's 'Heavenly Armour'....which would make sense. It' a pun. The Japanese like playing with words and the use of kanji give them a great extent of possibilities for that. I suppose it will be fantasy based again.

We know that "Ten" in "Tensou" means "Heaven."
"Sou" can mean several things, depending on how it's used. Yes, transmission is one of them. "Sou" can also be used for "costume," "accessory," "equip," "armor," "outfit," "bind," and stuff like that.
