What about how when Merky got tired of The_Next talking to her inappropriately and she went off on him and was given an infraction for it? Would that be injustice?

My comments were in no way meant as harassment. I just was trying to show her how her attitude toward others felt. I've apologized to merky and told her it was only a joke before.

I don't know. Maybe I'm just used to the logs of actions on Wikipedia, where everyone knows what you did, how long you did it, and who you did it with. This leads me to believe that an infraction just something mentioned in a PM and tallied up on the sekrit modboard, where the mods and admins and mirror world denizens can view them.
