((OOC: Gomen nasai. I had been in a funk yesterday due to a few incidents. I'll promise that the next post will be longer)

Shina sat there quietly as the look at the chip, which Grandfather Clock was presenting them for the deception and trouble it had caused. Natually, one would be angered from what had been brought about it, but taking a second look there was a reason.

Ren peeked out from the paper he was reading and glared a little at Kiba. Even this guy has a crush on someone here. Maki and Inose have something going, everyone knows Shina has a crush on the captain except for him, and Tomoyo and Kai...to be honest, I never even saw that coming. Who does that leave me with?! Tsukasa or Miharu, that's who! Tsukasa would kill me if I even hinted at anything and Miharu's just too hyper for my tastes. Ren was just making himself even more depressed and turned his attention back to the personals, taking a drink from his coffee. Kai, meanwhile, was still soundly asleep and Tomoyo's presence didn't seem to disturb that.

Tsukasa, who was busy reading the article on the newspaper, instantly shifted her focus to Kiba, whose fearsome face blushed heavily as he fidgeted next to her. As she listened to his dilemma, she began to smirk as she caught on to what he meant. Ahhh....it seems like you're smitten with Yuki-chan's charms. Well....let's see... she thought to herself, taking another sip of hot chocolate. "Well...it seems to me that your 'friend' has quite a dilemma there. I'd say he should wait until she's alone before he tells her how he feels. And if the feelings are true, it should not matter if he has a fearsome visage," Tsukasa suggested, hoping that her advice would have calmed the anxious half-lizard somewhat. She then looked back to Tomoyo and Kai as her thoughts flew to Inose and Maki, as well as Junichi and Shina. I guess you develop deep feelings for that special someone in this line of work... Tsukasa sighed, her glance immediately shifting over to Ren, who preoccupied himself with reading various entries in the personals page, as she took another sip of hot chocolate.

Kiba processed Tsukasa's words of wisdom, thinking them over carefully. Kiba's chances were slim to none by himself. But with this advice, he just might have a chance.

"Th-thank you, ma'am. I=I'll be sure to tell my friend immedeately." Kiba stood from his seat, bowing to Ren and Tsukasa before departing.

(OOC: Just a heads up, guys. The Third Arc will start as soon as Junichi and Shina return to headquarters. Then, there will be a timeskip of about 16 hours before the s*** hits the fan. :169: )

Else where Ryu was in the training doing his usual training: push-ups sit-ups and shadow fighting. "Got to get better!" He thought to himself as he continued to kick and punch the punching bag. "Can't...let..Red..Sigma..get...the...better...of...me! He shouted in his head as he continued then he accidently kicked it off the chain holding it causing it to fall to the floor. He never checked in with the medical officers for his injuries not that he needed a reminder that he let the enemy get the better over him for once but his ribs were still killing him but he just went back to training.

(OOC: Okay, Gatack asked me to do this post for him. I hope I do alright. )

Junichi stared at the chip that was before him. This was one of the Celestial Chip's that Red Sigma wanted and almost cost Yuki her life. His shock, however, slowly turned to rage as his eyes moved up to meet Grandfather Clock's face. "I understand that this needed to be protected, but at the risk of Yuki's life?!" Junichi was trying to make sense of the situation and the kooky priest tried to explain his actions. "We needed some way to test Zero's combat abilities against a worthy opponent. Your ANGEL unit provided that. If there is anyway for my company to make up for what happened-" Junichi was getting sick of hearing him trying to talk his way out of it. "There is nothing you can do to make up for the pain you caused to Yuki, her sister, and everyone who cares about them. Saizo will accept that chip from you, but I won't." Junichi said quite coldly. "Shina, let's get ready to get back to HQ. I've had it escorting this guy around."

(OOC: Gatack can pick up from there. I hope it's OK. ^^;; )

Shina nod her head silently in an agreement. Taking one last glance at the priest/president, Shina turn around and walked besides him.

The priest stood by silently as he watched Junichi and Shina leave. You certainly don't understand, kid. ANGEL units are no longer the wave of the future. This was not only a chance to test out the android; It was also to test new upgrades for ANGEL Units. Sooner or later, you'll realize. This is the only way for "Yuki" to grow, Grandfather Clock -- or rather, Dimension Industries President Nakazato -- smirked, his focus now shifting to the horizon.

------------------------------------------

Meanwhile, back at the SRS Headquarters, Chief Saizo had just finished smoking his third cigarette since the time the mission at the Dimension industries ball ended. Junichi's probably angered by the situation as well. I guess I have to go see Nakazato myself, he sighed, snuffing out his cigarette on a pile of cigarette butts on a filled-up ashtray when he heard his intercom beep, prompting him to press the "receive button". It was his secretary. "Chief Saizo, I have someone here on the line who wishes to speak to you," the secretary told Saizo. "Good. Connect that person to me," Saizo replied, which the secretary promptly obeyed. Within moments, the hologram projector switched from that of the lovely secretary, to a familiar face -- a middle-aged man with spiky white hair and a visor covering his eyes.

"...Godot."

((OOC: Forgive me for not posting here for the past few days. Lack of inspiration is to blame. Also, Kain-san, this is your cue. Ganbatte! ^_^))

((OOC: Let me apologize deeply everyone. In a few days there's going to be a lot of turmoil for me and have been unresponsive toward most boards. Exams are coming up for the semster and currently not doing well. I know that they can be retaken, but try to explain that to a mother who's a bit...demanding. My heart is filled with what's to come and really coming down hard on me.))

Shina sighed in very deeply before drawing close and place one arm around Junichi's shoulder. It was Shina guest that when she slept, they received a call in regards of Yuki and her sister. It was quite understandable why Junichi had felt as such, for she felt the very same. It wasn't right to have been deceived nor what they went through.

"The one and only." Godot said as he took a sip of coffee while his visor continued to give off it's slightly creepy red glow. Godot was somewhat well known among the older SRS personell for his time as an SRS member under the name of "Argent Magnum" he was an eccentric man who fought in a rather unconventional way who had a near perfect service record. If it werent for that one incident that had crippled him badly enough to permanently take him out of action, he would still be actively serving to this very day instead of being stuck with a desk job in a foreign branch of the SRS. "So Saizo from what I hear things are as crazy and messed up there as ever, so to avoid wasting anymore of your time i'll cut right to the chase." Godot said before causing and placing his mug of coffee on his desk. "Given your situation, ive decided to send you a little backup, after all its about time that the Argent Magnum resurfaced." he said with a sly grin, easily reading an expression of shock on Saizo's face. "No it wont be me thats doing the fighting, my body is in worse shape than it was all those years ago, so to do the fighting im sending my successor, I cant disclose his real name so you'll just have to call him Kiryu Vega for the time being, I can garuntee you that he will uphold the name of Argent Magnum just fine. Plus he might just liven things up a little there. So see you soon and in the mean time be sure to check out those files I sent you he said before the hologram shut down.

Tama walked into the lounge, glad someone was finally back at HQ. He'd only recently found out, and needed someone to talk to. Whether he'd admit that or not was another story. "So, why was I left behind when you and Kiba got to go?" Tama asked Tsukasa as he walked up to her.

He looked over to the blushing Kiba, felt guilty for a second for interrupting, and then got over it. He was the "Prince", after all. "Why had I have to wait here while they got to go." He asked himself mentally.
