Jesus, this is a messed-up situation. I can't believe Netflix just pulled the plug on the Rebel Moon TTRPG like that. I mean, Evil Genius poured their heart and soul into this project for over a year, and now they're left with a lawsuit and a game that might never see the light of day. It's heartbreaking to hear that they turned down other projects because they believed in this one so much. And offering them just 50 grand for all that work? That's a slap in the face, to be honest.I totally get why Evil Genius is fighting tooth and nail for the right to release the game. I mean, they put together a massive 430-page Player's Guide and a 337-page Game Master's Guide. That's some serious dedication. This game was their baby, their passion project, and now it's in jeopardy. Netflix might have the big-budget movie, but it feels like they're steamrolling over the little guy here. I hope EG wins this lawsuit and gets to share their creative world with us because it sounds like something special.
