Saw a picture of the villains and they look pathetic. Oh joy.

So, the most important news first: this series has an end theme! It is called "Que Bom! Ryusoulger" and is performed by Sister MAYO, who previously performed Magiranger's end theme and has provided female backing vocals for most of Project R's output. "Que bom" is a Portuguese phrase that means "something that's really great" and the song's title is also the tagline for the whole series. The opening theme meanwhile, is simply called "Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger" and will be performed by Tomohiro Hatano, who previously performed the opening theme for Uchu Sentai Kyuranger.

cast01.jpg

Kou A.K.A. The Brave Knight, Ryusoul Red.
Played by Hayate Ichinose.
A "combat genius", fearless, curious and bright.
Trained under 'Master Red' along with the blue and pink rangers until the Druidon attack.

cast02.jpg

Melt A.K.A. The Wise Knight, Ryusoul Blue.
Played by Keito Tsuna.
Has a photographic memory and an endless thirst for knowledge.
Takes things slowly, and envies Kou's straightforward approach.

cast03.jpg

Asuna A.K.A. The Robust Knight, Ryusoul Pink.
Played by Ichika Osaki.
Comes from a noble family.
Has great intuition, which sometimes leads her to say things at the wrong time.
The strongest member of the team.

cast04.jpg

Towa A.K.A. The Gale Knight, Ryusoul Green.
Played by Yuito Obara.
Has incredible speed and refuses to be beaten by anyone (especially Kou).
However, he is a pacifist and never really uses his abilities to their fullest.
Very attached to his elder brother, Banba (see below).

cast05.jpg

Banba A.K.A. The Majestic Knight, Ryusoul Black.
Played by Tatsuya Kishida.
A quiet person who seems very unfriendly.
Secretly very protective of his younger brother, Towa.

cast06.jpg
cast07.jpg

Ui Tatsui and her father Naohisa Tatsui.
Played by Mana Kinjo and Mitsuru Fukikoshi.
Ui is a youtuber and the first person to encounter the Ryusoulgers.
Her father is a paleontologist.

Kou's dinosaur partner, Tyramigo.
Voiced by Masaki Terasoma, who previously provided the voice of Kintaros in Kamen Rider Den-O and Pega in Kyuranger.
On the Druidon Tribe's side, the foot soldiers are called 'Dorun Soldiers'. The general in charge of them is called Tankjou. He will be voiced by Jouji Nakata, who previously played Sir Cowler in Flashman, Great Professor Bias in Liveman, the narrator and Birth Driver voice in Kamen Rider OOO, Roshuo in Kamen Rider Gaim, and Azald in Zyuohger.

The giant monsters of the week will be called Mynasaurs. The general in charge of creating them is Creon, who is voiced by veteran voice actress (but toku newbie) Ryoko Shiraishi.

He was also the voice of Shadow Moon.

Didn't know he was Pega, though.

The final episode of LuPat aired today and they had the traditional hand-off to the next series, giving us our first look at Ryusoul Red in motion:

Toy catalogue scans have also given us our first look at the show's sixth ranger:

Ryusoul Gold transforms with the gun-like MosaChanger. His sidearm is the MosaBlade. He can then combine the two together to form the MosaBreaker. He has two KishiRyu mechs - the MosaRex and SpinoThunder. This second mech gives him the BiriBiri KyoRyuSoul that allows him to upgrade to the thunder-based form seen on the right side of the first picture.

Ryusoul Red will gain another mech too:- DimeVolcano. This comes with the MeraMera KyoRyuSoul which allows Kou to upgrade to a fire-based form.

Nippon Columbia has posted the official streaming version of the opening theme, and given it's length I can't imagine it's too different from what we'll get in the actual opening credits.

IMO the orchestration makes it sound suitably epic, but for some reason it kinda reminds me of is ToQger's end theme?!

Another peppy sing-a-long style theme song, which is disappointing. There really haven't been any good ones over the past decade plus (that weren't sing-a-longy), beyond ToQger, Ninninger and LuPat's.

Just don't say that over on TokuNation, or be branded a thought criminal. >.>
