Best tier:
1. Jetman
2. Dekaranger
3. Boukenger
4. Dairanger
5. Magiranger

Great tier:
6. Gokaiger
7. Liveman
8. Shinkenger

Decent tier:
9. Bioman
10. Zyuranger
11. Gekiranger
12. Maskman
13. Go-Busters
14. Kyoryuger

Bad tier:
15. Gaoranger

Also, I'm currently watching Go-Onger (an absolute shoo-in for the bad tier, 21 episodes in), ToQger (looking like it might barely make it into the bad tier, 19 episodes in) and Megaranger (might put it in the great tier, 28 episodes in). Hoping to force my way through restart Goseiger after finishing Megranger.

The best series of all time and ones that I tend to rewatch on a yearly basis:

1. DaiRanger
2. KakuRanger

The top tier but unsure if this is the exact order:

3. GekiRanger - I want to say this is number 3, but I've only watched the series once
4. CarRanger - One of the best finales in the history of Sentai
5. GoGoV - Some of my favorite villain designs of all time for both main and MOTW
6. Gokaiger
7. AbaRanger - Great balance of comedy and serious plotlines
8. Jetman - Would be higher had it not been for the terrible MOTW designs and Owl and Swallow getting the shaft in development
9. ZyuRanger -This might be higher though as I tend to watch this series just as much as Dai and Kaku
10. TimeRanger

Really great but just misses the top 10:

Liveman
MegaRanger
Gingaman

Good series that are heavily flawed:

GaoRanger
Hurricanger
DekaRanger
Kyoryuger
Shinkenger

Decent series, but nothing truly memorable:

Maskman - Akira is really the only thing that stands out
Bioman
Fiveman
MagiRanger - Love the Lovecraft creatures used
Boukenger
OhRanger - Started out fantastic and then fell apart until the last 10 or so episodes

The worst series of all time:

ToQGer - Can't get past episode 5
Go-Buster - Boring, unlikable characters, Buddyroids atrocious
Go-Onger - The mecha and comedic antics are terrible
Goseiger - Can't get past episode 9
Dynaman - Can't get past episode 10
TurboRanger - Hate the villains, hate the ranger cast, do not care for the fairy car theme

Waiting to watch more when it is fully subbed:

Changeman - Only seen up to episode 8
Flashman - Have seen up to episode 20, but all of them raw

Top Tier: Dairanger, Maskman, Megaranger, Bioman

Almost Top Tier: Jetman, Liveman, Flashman, Sun Vulcan

Middle Tier: Zyuranger, Kakuranger

I just can't finish seasons for stuff I don't like, so I've got no lower tiers to give . .

Since it's been about two and a half years since I last visited this, I'll give it another whirl. In that time, I've finished a whopping NINE Super Sentai shows. Here's how they rank:

Best Tier:
Jetman
Dekaranger
Megaranger
Abaranger
Boukenger
Dairanger
Magiranger

Great Tier:
Gokaiger
Gingaman
Kakuranger
Liveman
Zyuohger
Shinkenger

Decent Tier:
Goseiger
Bioman
Zyuranger
Gekiranger
Maskman
Go-Busters
Kyoryuger
Ninninger
Go-Onger

Bad Tier:
ToQger
Gaoranger

Currently watching Ohranger (a third of the way in, and it is probably eyeballing somewhere on the lower end of the "Decent Tier"), GoGo V (less than 10 episodes in, and it is looking like it might be in the "Great Tier"), and Kyuranger (which, after one episode, is not looking good). After I finish Ohranger, I'm picking Carranger up again after Shout Factory releases it this April. I'm not sure what I'll pick up after GoGo V since it's looking pretty slim right now in what's being fansubbed. Maybe I'll pick up Nemet's scrubs of Battle Fever J next.

Somehow, Go-Onger managed to escape the "Bad Tier". I don't know what happened, but near the end of the series I really felt like I was going to miss those guys (except Green. He's the worst).

Yes, I think ToQger is now one of the only two outright bad Super Sentai I've finished. Every single thing about it was lifeless and it has left no positive lasting memory on me.

Megaranger and Abaranger were soooo good.

See you in another few years.

Agreed on Megaranger. Abaranger though I found an incredible bore. It was like an epic as told by a someone who mumbles in monotone. I think I know what the problem was: it tried to copy early Heisei Rider by keeping things relatively subdued, such as the introduction of new items or characters, but it just didn't work here.

Obviously, I disagree. I would absolutely say that line about it being a dully told epic 100% applies to Gaoranger (it even has a narrator treating the series as if it were a story passed down from legend). However, I feel that Abaranger was a nice last hurrah of the storytelling style of the '90s Sentai, especially Jetman. It has one of the best well-rounded casts I've seen from any Sentai (mild complaints about AbaRed getting his own form aside), and it's got one of the most mature storylines I have ever seen in a Toei tokusatsu period. I mean, without getting into heavy spoilers, I think it's unquestionable that it absolutely addresses rape.
