In 2015 the world has finally found peace with the launch of the space shuttle, Voyager Prime. The Voyager Prime is sent into space as a way of uniting the world to find new planets and solar systems. 4 years later, the voyager crashes back to earth with debris scattering around the world. Cities that come in contact are sent into ruin. Those who survive gain powers, these people are referred to as V-users. The powers vary on the person and their personality.
Life becomes hectic and people are killed unmercifully. The V-users start a war against each other and destroy New York, Dublin, all of Whales, and most of Paris. This leads to the government to see them as a threat. This causes to them give V-users a choice, suppress your power and become normal or die. Most of the users decide to live normal lives and get normal jobs, while others go and become real life super villains. These people take as they please, brutally abuse people, and even murder. So the government create the V-police to take down the rouge V-users. But these Efforts are in vain. Little do they know the users who have been silent are planing a counterattack. The world will never be the same again.

Personality: Cat is a calm, mild mannered person. He is easy to get along with, and a bit of a flirt. He's loyal to his friends, but he isn't afraid to get pissed off. He tries to help people out doing odd job for who ever needs one done

Bio: Cat S. Fever lost all memory from when the war broke out. All he could remember is he needs to prevent the second war from breaking out and he needs to protect his friends and new memories.
