Just some suggestions:
1.Get Malware Bytes and TDSS Killer.
2.Run them.
3.If TDSS Killer tells you that there's a file made by Akamai, DO NOT DELETE IT.You need it to start up your computer.Delete everything else though.
4.Repeat the scans just to make sure you're okay.
5.Delete TDSS Killer.It kinda slows down your computer a little.
