No, the SIC KT figures are smaller than SHFs, they're closer in size to GI Joes, though since i haven't opened the one I have, I don't know how close they are.

They're about a quarter of an inch taller. More or less 4" on the nose (except Kuuga). They're pretty much only perfectly in-scale with themselves. Way smaller than Figuarts, but noticeably taller than Joes/Marvel Universe/etc.

Edit: okay, here's a photo of KT Faiz, SHF Faiz, and a deluxe Transformer. This should give you a good sense of scale.
