...bowl of summer-style Yakisoba!

Welp, took my hand at cooking once more. Last time, I made my first katsudon, which is breaded pork fried with egg and topped on a bed (or bowl) of rice. I kinda mucked up the eggs, but it still came out well. Not the way I wanted, but you live and learn.

Today, I cooked yakisoba, inspired from the Mitsuwa Summer Festival I went to last weekend that I talked about in my last post here. Went shopping, and the only ingredients premade were the noodles and the yakisoba sauce (didn't use the powder). This is the result. I topped it with pickled ginger and shredded seaweed, then mixed it. I wish I could share it with you guys, though...

Went biking with my sister and my dog. Biked around town, then we threw some football with friends. My dog wanted to learn how to ride, so all we had to do was get her on the seat. lol
