...bowl of summer-style Yakisoba!
Welp, took my hand at cooking once more. Last time, I made my first katsudon, which is breaded pork fried with egg and topped on a bed (or bowl) of rice. I kinda mucked up the eggs, but it still came out well. Not the way I wanted, but you live and learn.
Today, I cooked yakisoba, inspired from the Mitsuwa Summer Festival I went to last weekend that I talked about in my last post here. Went shopping, and the only ingredients premade were the noodles and the yakisoba sauce (didn't use the powder). This is the result. I topped it with pickled ginger and shredded seaweed, then mixed it. I wish I could share it with you guys, though...
