Did anyone else liked Liu Kang's arcade ending a lot more after you saw the story mode's ending?

I just bought the game a few weekends ago and good lord is this a good game. It's seriously consumed my weekend. I'm about in the middle of hte MK3 portion of the story. Seriously, I dont think a fighting game has had a more cohesive and well done story mode. it also helps that the game looks effin amazing and the fight mechanics feel soo right. This may take top spot in my fav fighting games list. I've always been an MK fan and seeing the games in the PS2/Xbox era depleted my hope for a good 3D MK game. This is what I wanted. This outdoes both SF4 and Tekken 6 for me (Tekken has been my favorite fighting franchise after MK for about a decade now.). Cant wait to play more!!!

Essentially they did the Cage/Kang mind switch. Yep, the Thunder God definitely dropped the ball.:redface2:


PS: After the Cyber Zero ending...couldn't they do anything more worse to him? Though I have a soft spot for Kai-rax and Shang Tsektor.

Honestly, I thought he was a bit of a bastard. Quite a change in personality.

I'm kind of hoping they'll keep up this trend of releasing alternate costumes for free.
