I think Putotera's powers of ferocity are different from Kuuga's Ultimate abilities. Putotera can smash an enemy down to bits when its in berserk mode, but just Kuuga's amazing mighty kick was enough to destroy a few blocks of a city... so you can imagine what kind of destructive power Ultimate Kuuga can do with one kick.

Ultimate Form shouldn't even have "Rider Kicks" or "Rider Punches" though. It's all the power of kuuga unlocked already. There's nothing left to surface for stronger attacks. You can even see that Godai didn't use anything like that in the final battle of Kuuga.

"Ultimate Kick" was made up when Decade was airing and, so far, the only place it has appeared is Climax Heroes and a Kuuga summon in a Hyper Battle Video. Even in the Decade series proper, Ultimate Kuuga itself never used any "Rider Kicks" or "Punches" outside of Natsumi's dream. "Ultimate Rising" is another matter though.

If we go by official stats, which aren't very reliable but are something, then Ultimate Kuuga is thrice stronger than PutoTyra in a direct battle, but Putotyra's various special attacks all are twice stronger than Ultimate Kuuga.

Adding to this ^

Ankh was introduced as a jerk but he has been OOO's ally from the start, hell he has been his allay from 800 years despite everything.

So, if Ankh really turned on OOO, it should be counted as the next step of his development, in which his fear of being betrayed again and his own greed get the better of him.

Yeah, Ankh is a Greeed, and he was just using Eiji to further his goal from the beginning, so him going to Dr. Maki and other Greeeds is not unreasonable. However, since one of his Core Medals was broken by Putotyra, does that mean he can never be completed since he will still be missing one medal?

Another thing: how come Ankh chose his Shingo form as his human form? It is because he's just so used to the look now and he doesn't want to go for a new appearance?

Storywise, then yeah, Shingo's was the form Ankh had become used to. He probably already started to identify himself in that body.

Then how come he still has that Greeed right hand in his Shingo form? That was back when he only could materialize one arm due to those missing Core Medals, but now that he has pretty much all of his medals (except for the one destroyed by Putotyra and another medal kept by Hina), he should look as if he's on the verge of completion. IMO anyway.

After all the stuff Ankh has gone through, it's entirely possible that he can only materialize the right arm of his original body.

Most likely, because let's face it, Ankh (in Shingo's body) as become as iconic to the series as OOO himself.

I rewatched this episode again (this time with sub), and I discovered that Eiji actually destroyed three of Ankh's Core Medals. This means Ankh can never achieve 100% completion for his Greeed body, and perhaps this motivates him to offer himself as a vassel for all the medals to Dr. Maki.
